The coarse grain should be cooperated with refined grain. It is not healthy to take only one kind. Though taking coarse grain can reduce blood sugar, the refined grain should not be ignored. In per day’s diet, both grains should be included.

People with kidney disease can eat about 50 grams of whole grains a day, as normal people do. For example, they can replace 1/4 of each meal with whole grains.
